Member and guest information obtained through online event registrations may be shared with partners and sponsors of the specified event as a benefit to partners and sponsors in exchange for their support of AIA Baltimore and the specified event.

AIA Baltimore reserves the right to use member-provided contact information in printed and/or website directories. AIA Baltimore will honor members’ preferences for information that can be published as indicated in their netFORUM listings with AIA National.

Board, Section, Committee, and Staff Use
An active participant as an AIA Baltimore Board Member, Committee Member, or Staff Member may use members’ or guests' contact information to fully carry out the activities of the organization.

AIA Baltimore members’ and guests' information in the form of physical address listings will not be distributed electronically or sold to third parties for the use of solicitation.
